سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق الشامية

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق الهاتف المحمول «الشامية» (El Shamya) الذي تقدّمه الشركة الشامية للتجارة في جمهورية مصر العربية («نحن»). التطبيق موجَّه لأصحاب المحلات والتجار الذين يطلبون الحلويات ومستلزمات السوق بالجملة. استخدم رابط هذه الصفحة في بيانات تطبيق Google Play.
1. من نحن وما الذي يفعله التطبيق
الشامية منصة طلب جملة: تصفّح الأصناف، إنشاء حساب، حفظ عناوين التوصيل، تقديم الطلبات، استخدام العروض والكوبونات والنقاط، ومتابعة حالة التوصيل. الحساب يُنشأ برقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
حسب استخدامك للتطبيق قد نعالج:
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور (مخزَّنة بشكل مشفّر)، النوع إن أدخلته، وصورة الملف الشخصي إن رفعتها.
- كود الدعوة إن استخدمته، ورصيد النقاط المرتبط بالحساب.
- عناوين التوصيل: الاسم الظاهر، الهاتف، نص العنوان، وإحداثيات الموقع إن سمحت بذلك لتعيين أقرب فرع ولتوصيل الطلب.
- بيانات الطلبات والمعاملات: الأصناف، الكميات، الأسعار، الخصومات، حالة الطلب، ومعلومات الدفع المرتبطة بالطلب (مثل طريقة الدفع وحالة المعاملة). لا نخزّن أرقام بطاقات كاملة على خوادمنا إن استُخدمت بوابة دفع لاحقًا.
- رمز إشعارات الجهاز (FCM token) لإرسال تنبيهات حالة الطلب وتوفّر الأصناف.
- رسائل الدعم والمرفقات إن فتحت تذكرة من التطبيق.
- بيانات تقنية محدودة لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة: نوع الجهاز، سجلات أخطاء التشغيل، وعنوان IP على الخادم أثناء الاتصال.
مندوبو التوصيل قد يشاركون موقعهم أثناء التوصيل حتى يتمكن العميل من متابعة الطلب. هذا الموقع يُستخدم لغرض التتبع أثناء الرحلة.
3. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- إنشاء الحساب والتحقق من رقم الهاتف وتشغيل الطلبات.
- حساب العروض والكوبونات والنقاط وتاريخ الطلبات.
- تعيين الطلب لأقرب فرع وتنظيم التوصيل.
- إرسال إشعارات الطلب والمخزون عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- الرد على الدعم ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال.
- الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية المصرية عند اللزوم.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
4. المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى
قد تُشارك بيانات لازمة للتشغيل مع:
- موظفي الفروع ومندوبي التوصيل المرتبطين بطلبك (الاسم، الهاتف، العنوان، تفاصيل الطلب).
- Google Firebase لإشعارات الدفع على أندرويد، وفق سياسة Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- مزوّدي الاستضافة والبريد الإلكتروني الذين يعالجون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا.
- جهات رسمية إذا ألزمنا القانون.
5. الموقع الجغرافي
الموقع اختياري لعناوين التوصيل، ومطلوب لمندوب التوصيل أثناء تنفيذ الطلب. يمكنك رفض صلاحية الموقع من إعدادات الهاتف؛ قد لا تعمل ميزة التتبع أو تعيين أقرب فرع بدقتها المعتادة.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والطلبات طالما الحساب قائم، ثم للمدة التي تفرضها السجلات التجارية والضريبية. نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) وصلاحيات حسب الدور. لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة 100%.
7. حقوقك وحذف الحساب
يمكنك تعديل الاسم والهاتف والبريد والصورة من داخل التطبيق. يمكنك حذف الحساب من التطبيق (حذف الحساب). بعد الحذف نتوقف عن استخدام الحساب للطلبات الجديدة ونحذف أو نُعمّي البيانات الشخصية التي لم يعد القانون يلزمنا بالاحتفاظ بها (مثل فواتير سابقة).
لطلب الحذف من خارج التطبيق استخدم نموذج تواصل معنا وطلب حذف الحساب. اكتب الاسم ورقم الموبايل المسجَّل في التطبيق والبريد، واختر «حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة». بعد الإرسال تظهر رسالة تأكيد أن الطلب اتبعت. يمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على info@al-shamiyacompany.com. نرد خلال مدة معقولة.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق موجَّه للتجار البالغين وليس للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمنا بحساب لطفل سنحذفها.
9. التغييرات
إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة بشكل جوهري نحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في أعلى الصفحة. استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني الاطلاع على النسخة الجديدة.

This policy applies to the El Shamya mobile app offered by El Shamya Trading in the Arab Republic of Egypt (“we”, “us”). The app is for shop owners and retailers who order sweets and market supplies in wholesale quantities. Use this page’s public URL in your Google Play Console listing.
1. Who we are and what the app does
El Shamya is a wholesale ordering app: browse products, create an account, save delivery addresses, place orders, use offers, coupons and points, and follow delivery status. Accounts are created with a phone number and email address.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- Account data: name, phone number, email address, password (stored hashed), gender if you provide it, and a profile photo if you upload one.
- An invitation code if you use one, and the points balance on the account.
- Delivery addresses: display name, phone, address text, and map coordinates if you allow location so we can assign the nearest branch and deliver the order.
- Order and transaction data: items, quantities, prices, discounts, order status, and payment metadata linked to the order (method and status). We do not store full card numbers on our servers if a payment gateway is added later.
- A device notification token (FCM token) so we can send order and stock alerts.
- Support messages and attachments if you open a ticket in the app.
- Limited technical data needed to run the service: device type, operational error logs, and the IP address seen by the server during a request.
Delivery couriers may share their location while a drop-off is in progress so the customer can track the order. That location is used for live tracking during the trip.
3. How we use the information
- To create the account, verify the phone number, and fulfil orders.
- To apply offers, coupons and points, and to keep order history.
- To assign an order to the nearest branch and organise delivery.
- To send order and stock notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- To handle support and to prevent abuse and fraud.
- To meet Egyptian legal requirements where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We may share what is needed to operate the service with:
- Branch staff and couriers tied to your order (name, phone, address, order details).
- Google Firebase for Android push notifications, under Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions.
- Public authorities if the law requires it.
5. Location
Location is optional for customer delivery addresses and is used by couriers while they complete a delivery. You can refuse location permission in the phone settings; branch assignment and live tracking may then be less accurate or unavailable.
6. Retention and security
We keep account and order data while the account is active, and afterwards for as long as commercial and tax records require. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. Your rights and account deletion
You can edit your name, phone, email and photo in the app. You can delete the account from inside the app (delete account). After deletion we stop using the account for new orders and we delete or de-identify personal data we are not legally required to keep (for example historical invoices).
To request deletion outside the app, use the contact and account deletion form. Enter the name, the mobile number registered in the app, and the email, and choose “Delete account and associated data”. After you send it, a confirmation appears on the page. You can also email info@al-shamiyacompany.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
The app is intended for adult retailers, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn an account belongs to a child we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you should read the new version.
